| Mo Music’s Outreach Program to Teen Moms So, beginning this fall our teen moms and their children will visit Mo Music weekly to sing and dance with their children. GEL has received a modest grant to get us started. We are planning however to give the classes through the academic year, so we need your help — and as you know, parents and children greatly benefit from having music in their lives regularly and continuously. Your donations will enable us to offer music to our teen moms and their children throughout the school year! Thank you for your ongoing support of music in the lives of children! As Mo Music is a for-profit Business, your donations are not tax-deductible. Ways you can contribute: 1. A direct donation through our Mo Music website: Go to http://www.onlineregistrationcenter.com/registerlist.asp?m=141&p=03&s=7&sb=1 and make a direct donation. 2. Write a check in any amount to Mo Music Inc. P.O. Box 2747 Redwood City, CA 94063 and list “Teen Mom outreach” in the memo line of your check. 3. As an “add on” choice when you enroll for your Fall Mo Music. |

mothers and their children by joining
hands with Redwood High School‘s TEEN
AGE PARENTING PROGRAM (TAPP).
This year GIRLS EMBRACING LIFE (GEL),
a youth development initiative program, is
partnering with the TAPP program to
support teen moms who attend Redwood
High School (please read more in the e-
newsletter attached here as a PDF file).
As a featured parent-child activity last
March, GEL’s participants of TAPP walked
down to Mo Music to experience Music
Together. Not only did the babies and
toddlers enjoy making music and dancing
but their mothers truly engaged during
our class (which included irrepressible
smiles!) It was a magical experience that
Mo Music wishes to continue offering
these young women and their little ones.
